Thank you for the sweet initiative to call up & made the rendezvous successful!
it has been about 3 year or maybe more since we last met.
Realized that many things around us encountered countless changes,
but as we sat together,
things seem to remained unchanged;
memories were just so fresh and it seemed just like yesterday!
It was amazing how we could gathered our memories together,
those days were really precious experience.
5 years ago, we were one of the lucky millions who got chosen for the National Service campaign.
Many of us were busy cursing the government for picking us to this pathetic program,
where we have to leave home for 3 months,
got ourselves stuck in ugly camps & learn nothing but military.
5 years later, we were busy thanking the government for we have chosen to be in this program.
Life as it is, we gained more than we expected.
One of the greatest, friendship.
We could not ask for more,
for we have gained the best out of the most during that 3 months.
We could not explain why,
but we just love how we got stuck together in the wet, dirty campsite & haunted jungle.
Those days, are just simply precious.
